Support of Future Projects

The Fund plans to support the following projects in the future:

 

• a great exhibition project “Ukrainian Artists of Parisian School” (2009)
• create a series of television documental films on the history and collections of the National Art Museum of Ukraine, including the documental and dramatic film “Ukrainian Portrait”  (a working title)
• work under creation of CD of the National Art Museum of Ukraine
• restoration of the ancient wooden sculpture collection and collection of the antique furniture
• computerization of scientific catalogue of the museum collection and its future issuance by separate sections
• further activities on publishing program under the existing streams
• further activities on “Ideal Museum” program, including performance of round-tables and master-classes series on author’s right and laws and regulations in the museum area
• support of scientific conferences and round table conducting, including scientific and training conference “The Second Readings in the memory of M.Biliashivskiy”
• purchase of special equipment for icon paintings exposing, namely the “Saint George”, “Volyn Holy Mother”, “Saint Nicolas”
• reconstruction and equipment of the National Art Museum of Ukraine’s rooms for the Museum holdings enlargement
• support of the Museum’s advertising campaign
• one of the high priorities of the Fund activities is fund raising for works purchasing for the museum collection
